Applications
and use
This product is designed for the manufacture of A4 sheets for use
in laser printers, copiers, monochrome inkjet and colour inkjet
printers. The facestock's surface structure provides excellent toner
bonding and print resolution.
The product is ideal for label applications using variable information
such as address, instruction and inventory labels, labels for office
use and many other applications. The product has tightly defined
release characteristics to avoid predispensing during the printing
or copying process.
The well balanced construction ensures optimum lay flatness during
conversion and end-use under a relatively wide range of conditions.
Adhesive
performance
The adhesive features good tack and adhesion performance on a wide
range of substrates, even at low temperatures.
The adhesive has very low bleeding characteristics for optimal use
in hot laser and copier machines.
The adhesive complies with the European food directives and legislations,
FDA 175.105 and the German recommendations XIV as published by BfR.
BfR (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung) is the German Federal
Institute for Risk Assessment. The adhesive can be used in direct
contact with dry and moist,non fatty foodstuffs.
Face
Material
A matt white wood free machine finished paper with good opacity, excellent
absorption and superior toner bonding characteristics. The paper is
based on ECF pulp.

Adhesive
A general purpose permanent, acrylic based adhesive.
Liner
Kraft Layflat 55, a bleached kraft release liner for optimal layflat
results.
